Better economy – with the Mercedes PowerShift 2 automated gearshift (standard specification with long-haul vehicles), reliable and economical BlueTec® engines, and powertrain configurations perfectly aligned with individual haulage tasks, the Actros continues its economical course with exceptionally long service intervals further enhance efficiency.
Even more comfortable – the Actros excels with an ergonomically designed workplace and plenty of space to move around. It once again sets new benchmarks in functionality, comfort and equipment. From the optimised steering system* and enhanced instrument cluster to the optional rain/light sensor and luxury bed in the lower sleeping area. A range of practical features are available to provide extra comfort, including a towel holder and shaving mirror.
Even safer – the Actros is equipped with a series of outstanding safety features as standard. A number of optional dynamic control and driver assistance systems are also available – to further reduce risks and enhance safety.

- The analogue and digital displays in the instrument cluster with chrome dial surrounds boast optimum legibility, thanks to a winning combination of lettering, colours and dials
Cabs - The Actros cabs
The cabs for the Actros feature countless examples of how ergonomics, comfort and design can be brought together to help drivers enjoy their workplace and enjoy their work.
The Actros interior: plenty of scope to move around and plenty of space to work and live. The L-cab and Megaspace cabs are equipped as standard with an air-sprung driver’s suspension seat, a manually controlled air-conditioning system, as well as a luxury lower bed and numerous practical shelves and stowage compartments. A single cab is available as special equipment for drivers operating alone – offering more comfort for breaks or at the end of the day. Even if you select the S-cab or M-cab optimised for maximum body lengths, all Actros cabs deliver a solution aligned with driver and application requirements.
